Digital books
The books are digital files that you can access right after payment. For that reason, purchases are final once the book has been delivered, except in the cases below or where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those legal rights.
When we will fix your order or refund it
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Your book never arrived and we can’t deliver it.
- The file is damaged or won’t open, and we can’t replace it with a working copy.
How to ask
Contact us with the email address you used at checkout and your Whop receipt. Write to . You can reply to your Whop receipt. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method.
